AN INTEGRATED PATH

"Mindfulness is a lifelong journey that is practiced one moment at a time. The most important moment of that journey is always the one where you choose to show up for yourself." Jon Kabat-Zinn

SATURDAY 7 MARCH 2026 - ‘Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop:Finding your anchor’

SUNDAYS 24th, 31st MAY & 7 JUNE 2026 - ‘Nurturing the foundation’

Are you interested in cultivating a kinder relationship with the demands of the modern world?

This is an invitation to move from a reactive "doing" mode into a resilient "being" mode. By integrating neuroscience with foundational mindfulness and the practice of meeting ourselves with internal warmth and patience, we facilitate a space for you to cultivate the skills to meet life’s challenges with a clear mind and a steady heart.

Anchored in the felt sense of the body, this path supports you in navigating daily life with a more grounded presence—wherever you find yourself.

The Roadmap

The Introduction: Finding Your Anchor

We facilitate an initial space to explore the foundational move from "doing" into "being." This introductory workshop offers a practical entry point into mindfulness, blending modern research and insights with the felt sense of the body to help you establish a grounded presence in your daily life.

The Three-Week Container: Nurturing the Foundation

Following the introduction, we invite you into a dedicated three-week container—a space to embody your practice more fully. Together, we nurture a sense of curiosity and non-judgment, allowing for the space to see things as they are.

Whether you are beginning again with a fresh perspective or nurturing an existing practice, this journey offers the support to weave these qualities into the very fabric of your lived experience.

Carey Would

Mindfulness and Yoga facilitator

‘I have been teaching Mindfulness and yoga for over a decade, and my practice has gradually softened into what I now call Mindful Flow. Rooted in both traditions, my yoga classes invite slow, steady movement, embodiment, moments of stillness, and a deep listening to what is present. I’m less interested in perfection and more curious about felt sense — cultivating self-compassion, authenticity, and remembering that we are not separate from nature.

Alongside my work with adults, I have spent several years leading children in inquiry-based nature immersion experiences supporting curiosity, emotional awareness, and a sense of belonging through time outdoors. This work has informed how I hold space — with patience, playfulness, and respect for each person’s unique rhythm.

Whether guiding adults or children, my work is directed by the same intention: to create gentle, grounded spaces where we can slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom of the natural world — both within us and around us’.

Your Questions, Answered
  • The invitation is to consider these 2 hours as the gift of the pause. In a world that asks us to hurry and perform, this is an invitation to settle into a different rhythm and practice the art of being here, with what is, as it is, with our life as the curriculum.

  • Preparing the ground. The introduction or refresher, provides the foundational step anchors that you can either practice in your daily life or take with you to deepen your practice into the 3 day container spanning over three consecutive weeks (sunday mornings).

  • Rediscovering and remembering the ease of being present and connected to the present moment amidst the ‘full catastrophe of being human’, offers us endless possibilities of how to live and be in relationship with life. It allows us to drop under the ‘noise’ and be with what is - in any given moment, it is an opportunity to learn sustainable tools to ground, find anchor and gently return home to ourselves amidst all the weather patterns of our lives as well as connect with the joys of life.
