Meet your facilitatorsCarey Would
Mindfulness and Yoga facilitator
‘I have been teaching Mindfulness and yoga for over a decade, and my practice has gradually softened into what I now call Mindful Flow. Rooted in both traditions, my yoga classes invite slow, steady movement, embodiment, moments of stillness, and a deep listening to what is present. I’m less interested in perfection and more curious about felt sense — cultivating self-compassion, authenticity, and remembering that we are not separate from nature.
Alongside my work with adults, I have spent several years leading children in inquiry-based nature immersion experiences supporting curiosity, emotional awareness, and a sense of belonging through time outdoors. This work has informed how I hold space — with patience, playfulness, and respect for each person’s unique rhythm.
Whether guiding adults or children, my work is directed by the same intention: to create gentle, grounded spaces where we can slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom of the natural world — both within us and around us’.

The invitation is to consider these 2 hours as the gift of the pause. In a world that asks us to hurry and perform, this is an invitation to settle into a different rhythm and practice the art of being here, with what is, as it is, with our life as the curriculum.

Rediscovering and remembering the ease of being present and connected to the present moment amidst the ‘full catastrophe of being human’, offers us endless possibilities of how to live and be in relationship with life. It allows us to drop under the ‘noise’ and be with what is - in any given moment, it is an opportunity to learn sustainable tools to ground, find anchor and gently return home to ourselves amidst all the weather patterns of our lives as well as connect with the joys of life.
