We facilitate an initial space to explore the foundational move from "doing" into "being." This introductory workshop offers a practical entry point into mindfulness, blending modern research and insights with the felt sense of the body to help you establish a grounded presence in your daily life.

The Three-Week Container: Nurturing the Foundation

Following the introduction, we invite you into a dedicated three-week container—a space to embody your practice more fully. Together, we nurture a sense of curiosity and non-judgment, allowing for the space to see things as they are.

Whether you are beginning again with a fresh perspective or nurturing an existing practice, this journey offers the support to weave these qualities into the very fabric of your lived experience.
