Therapeutic Modalities
My practice is informed by a variety of therapeutic modalities, each providing a distinct and powerful pathway for personal growth and integration.
Insight-Oriented Therapy
This approach gently examines root patterns and historical influences to cultivate a deeper understanding of current behaviors, emotional responses, and relational dynamics. It focuses on gaining awareness of unconscious material to promote lasting change.
Mindfulness-Informed Psychotherapy
Using principles of mindfulness, this modality invites the client into the present moment through the senses and direct experience. It cultivates non-judgmental awareness, compassion, emotional regulation, and resilience to navigate challenges as they arise.
Somatic Therapy
This therapy explores the wisdom held within the body, recognizing the physical manifestation of emotional and psychological experiences. It helps clients track, process, and release held stress or trauma stored in the nervous system.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a transformative approach that views the psyche as being composed of various "parts" (sub-personalities). The focus is on cultivating self-leadership—characterized by qualities like compassion and clarity—to understand and integrate these inner parts .
Jungian Shadow Work
Based on the work of Carl Jung, this approach supports the conscious acknowledgement, acceptance, and integration of repressed aspects (the Shadow). This crucial process leads to psychic completeness, authenticity, and a fuller expression of the self .
Individual therapy
While the therapist is skilled in multiple approaches, the primary focus remains on the unique needs of the individual. The application of any specific modality is always tailored to ensure the most relevant and effective support for the client's current concerns and intentions.

Mindfulness is the intentional practice of bringing awareness to the present moment, without judgment. Through the offerings, you are invited to step out of auto-pilot and into intentional living. Accessible Introductory Workshops facilitate the laying of this foundation, alongside structured programs like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), mindful movement, yoga and meditation.
Mindful Movement
Mindful movement is the practice of uniting awareness with physical sensation as a pathway for cultivating awareness and connection with the body’s wisdom. The movement offerings emphasize accessibility and intentionality, designed for all bodies and abilities.
Through gentle, conscious movement, the practice supports the release of stored physical tension, cultivates self-awareness, and an easeful and confident relationship with yourself.
Meditation
Mindfulness Meditation is the practice of intentional focus, gently inviting awareness to anchor in the immediacy of the present. The aim is not to stop thinking, but to observe thoughts and sensations with curiosity and non-judgment. By creating this moment of pause, mindfulness invites the possibility to move from automatic reaction to conscious choice, cultivating self-awareness and resilience for navigating life.

Sound has been an essential medicine throughout human history. Based on the understanding that everything—including your body's cells and organs—is pure energy vibrating at a unique frequency, Sound therapy is a powerful way to restore balance.
The Science of Resonance
The core of this therapy is resonance. When you are healthy, your body vibrates in harmony. When you experience stress or illness, a part of your system can become dissonant (vibrating out of sync), which creates imbalance.
Sound therapy introduces specific, therapeutic frequencies to your physical and subtle energy fields. Through sympathetic resonance, these sounds gently encourage your body to realign with its optimal, healthy state, promoting deep relaxation and well-being.
Your Session and Benefits
A trained Sound therapist uses the voice, overtone singing, and a variety of specialized tools, including Tuning Forks, Tibetan singing bowls, monochord/monolinas and traditional instruments like the drums , shruti and other instruments. These tools are applied both around and sometimes directly on the body (like Sonopuncture).
Sound therapy is a holistic therapy that also enhances the effects of modalities like Massage and Reiki.

Sound Journey
A Sound Journey is a profound, powerful experience of healing sound and vibration facilitated within a safe, sacred, and energetically protected space by a qualified Sound Shaman or Therapist.
During the journey, participants lie down, surrounded by instruments rich in overtones and natural tuning, such as sacred or indigenous tools. The intention is to guide participants beyond their physical body and analytical mind, allowing them to journey inward as pure vibration.
Key effects of the Sound Journey include:
Brainwave State Shift: The sounds induce alpha and theta brainwaves (ideal for meditation), shifting participants away from active beta states.
Biological Benefits: This relaxed state prompts the release of healthy endorphins like serotonin and nitric oxide, supporting metabolic processes and cellular detoxification. (Participants are encouraged to drink water afterward.)
Deep Healing & Insight: The experience raises one's frequency, helping to clear karmic issues, negative patterns, and inherited DNA memories. It facilitates the healing of physical, mental, and emotional blockages, and allows participants to access deeper intuition, inner wisdom, and clarity (often referred to as the higher self) to support self-healing.

While often used interchangeably, the difference between Sound Therapy and Sound Healing typically lies in their scope and professional context. Sound Therapy is the more formal, clinically focused term, often integrated into medical or allied health settings, where a professional applies structured protocols and specific frequencies to address measurable conditions like pain, tinnitus, or neurological issues. Conversely, Sound Healing is the broader, holistic term that emphasizes working with the body's vibrational frequency and subtle energy fields (like chakras) to promote overall energetic, emotional, and spiritual balance, relying on instruments rich in overtones and encouraging the body's intrinsic self-healing abilities.

Session(s) must be booked at least one day in advance.
On-the-spot bookings will not be accepted under any circumstances. All clients are required to adhere to the established booking procedures.Cancellation and Refund Policy:
A minimum of twelve (12) hours’ prior notice is required for all cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than twelve (12) hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) shall be treated as a late cancellation and will also be non-refundable.Important Notes:
Punctuality is essential. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session.
In the event a client arrives 5–10 minutes late for their scheduled session, the session time will be reduced accordingly. The client acknowledges that no refund, adjustment, or extension will be provided.
In the event a client arrives 15 minutes or more late, the session may be deemed cancelled at the sole discretion of the facilitator, and the client acknowledges that no refund or immediate rescheduling will be offered in such cases.
